Every result first earns points from your normal point tables – exactly as today. For the Unified ranking those points are then multiplied:
Example: 1st place in a Boys U14 class gives 35 points. The Boys U14 multiplier on the Doubles · All-Men tab is 0.20. The player gets 35 × 0.20 = 7 points in All-Men.
Multipliers only affect the All-Men / All-Women lists. Your age-group rankings are untouched.
Multiply first, then pick the best results
All results from all age groups are multiplied first and then pooled together. After that, the ranking’s normal “Best amount of …” limits are applied – per event type, exactly as today, just on the multiplied values.
Ranking settings apply to the All lists too
The All lists use every setting of the ranking: points expiration period, accumulative, hide children under 13, recalculation day and the “Best amount of …” limits.
Which list does a result go to?
- The class decides, not the player. A player entering a men’s class earns points to All-Men (and is seeded from All-Men), regardless of the player’s own gender – the same rule as today.
- Team League, and Team Championship points are routed per match: the match type set in the event (for example in Team League → Edit, step 1) decides whether the points go to All-Men or All-Women.
- External Ranking Points are added as they are – never multiplied.
