If the order of the players in your draw does not meet your requirements, you can use the “Substitute” option to reorder the players. To use the substitute option, open the tournament admin panel and select step “6.Draws”. Select the “Class” (1) and click “Preview draw” (2). In case the “Preview draw” button (2) is not clickable, it means the draw for the selected class is not yet generated.
In our example, we want to switch positions for Players “Dave Kok” and “John Jennings”.
Click the “3 dots button”(1) for the match where “Dave Kok” participates and select “substitute Dave Kok”(2).
In the substitute page, in the “Search for players” bar, type the name of the player that needs to be reordered in this position; which in our case is “John Jennings”. Click the “Substitute” (1) button and click “Back” (2) to go back to the draw.
“John Jennings” is now in the position where “Dave Kok” previously was. Next, you need to add “Dave Kok” to the position where “John Jennings”(1) is placed. Click the “3 dots button” (2) and select substitute “John Jennings”(3).
In the substitute page, in the “Search for players” bar, type the name of the player that needs to be ordered in this position, in our case “Dave Kok”(1), click the “Substitute” (2) button and click “Back”(3) to go back to the draw.
Players “John Jennings” and “Dave Kok” have now changed positions in the draw. You can do this procedure for each player in the draw.
